• Marisel Ramírez Rivera has served the UPR at Ponce institution for 23 years in various administrative positions at the service of the students. Before receiving her EdD in Guidance and Counseling from the Interamerican University she was cooperating with the Department of Counseling and Psychological Services till today were served as a Professional Counselor and Interim Director.
