Rosarito Sanchez-Morcilio is a professor of information systems and project management at the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus. She has a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Argosy University, focusing on Computer Information Systems. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez. She has professional certifications in virtual learning environments and is a member of the International Association of Computer Information Systems. She has worked towards the ABET accreditation for the Computer Information Systems major for the UPR for over a decade. She has extensive skills and expertise in teaching, project management, information systems, application development, research, and business analytics. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings and has presented her research at various academic events in Puerto Rico and abroad. She is conducting research in the area of “The most critical Artificial Intelligence factors that influence business innovation.” She measures academic quality by all she has learned from over the four thousand students she enjoys teaching.
