• Dr. San Miguel has more than 20 years of professional experience as a manager, director of marketing and sales, administrator and businessman. He has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of UPR Ponce (2000), Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Development Center (2003) and exalted to the Remax International Hall of Fame (2007) for his outstanding achievements as a franchise owner and real estate broker. San Miguel has been a professor of International Trade, Marketing and Management and Chair of the Department of Business Administration and Computer Science at UPR Ponce since 2010. Ismael is the author of the book El Tren de la Nostalgia and is currently writing another to be titled Introduction to Entrepreneurship.
