  • Dr. Rodríguez Carrasquillo is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Public Administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. Since 2019, she has been teaching courses at this school, and from 2021 to 2023, she served as the coordinator. In addition to teaching courses, since 2021, she has led several consulting projects related to employee classification and compensation plans.
